Guardian 24 July 1936 page 11, life-long resident of Halilton, died at age 94. Had been spending winters in Halifax with his daughter, wife of the Hon. A. S. MacMillan. Aslo survived by daughters Ida, Sadie and Eliza, all residing in the United States, one son John of Halilton, and a daughter i \n laww, widow of his son Alexander. His wife predeceased him.
