Could be the Frederick E. Ramsay age 6 in the household of Catherine Ramsay, widow, in Lot 13 in the 1881 census. Fred gave both Charlottetown and Summerside as his place of birth on records., but Lot 13 is more likely.
He said he was the son of William and Matilda Ramsay. It looks like he took his grandfathr's name, and his mother's. Matilda, unmarried, was living with her family in Lot 13 in 1881, age 26, with Frederick.
