Dyment, James Willard
Notes
Note
James was adopted by Samuel Dyment and one of his wives, and was the son of James Yeo and Celia Folland.
There were two James Willard Dyments, one born in 1896, and the other in 1909. Both spent some time in the US, although the James Willard who married Ada Enman lived most of his life in PEI.
The PEI James Willard could be the person who "Gave the land for Cedar Dunes. Known as Trailer Bill Dyment." according to the Dyment Genealogy compiled and researched by Roger Dyment and Connie Ladner.
James Willard and Ada had four sons: Arthur, who died as a baby; Lloyd, Cecil and Milton.
Jim was a brawny red haired man - a hard worker. Jim played the violin at dances.
